Fee Schedule

Effective April 2026

Full Creation Estimates

Jobs under $50,000

• Flat fee: $199 (minimum)
• Or 1.5% of the total estimate amount, whichever is greater.

Jobs $50,000 and above

1. $300 deposit required at project start.
2. Sliding scale pricing:
   • 1.75% of the first $250,000
   • 1.00% of the next $250,000
   • 0.60% of the next $500,000
   • 0.40% of any amount over $1,000,000

Alternative Flat-Rate Option

$299 – $599 depending on scope and complexity (available on request).

Supplementals, Rewrites, and Maximizations

• Minimum of $150 or 3% of the increased amount, whichever is greater.
• $100 deposit may be required depending on complexity.

Monthly Retainer Program

Priority service and significant discounts for consistent volume.

Invoicing & Terms

• 50% first invoice due upon acceptance
• Final balance due on net 30 terms
• Unlimited minor revisions during Net 30
• Full ESX file released only upon final payment
