Every estimate and comparison is checked line by line and signed off by an experienced Xactimate estimator before it goes out.
Send your file
Use the contact form, call, or text. Send the carrier estimate (Xactimate or Cotality/Symbility), photos, videos, scope notes, or a 3D walkthrough. In the Baltimore area? We can do a site visit for full estimates.
Get a quote
We look at the file and confirm the service and price up front. Commercial or unusual files are quoted hourly before any work starts.
We do the work
Comparisons, crew sheets, estimates, and supplements are written in Xactimate. Crew sheets typically go out in about 2 business days and comparisons in about 3. Larger or complex files may take longer.
Review and revise
You get a watermarked draft to review. Ask for changes. Minor revisions are unlimited during the net 30 period.
Final delivery
Once the balance is paid, you get the final, non-watermarked files:
- Comparisons: final comparison sheet in Excel and PDF
- Crew scope sheets: final sheets in Excel and PDF, priced and unpriced if ordered
- Supplement write-ups: final write-up in PDF
- Full estimates: the full Xactimate ESX file plus PDF
